Asus Laptop Continually Charging but Still at 89 Percent

My asus notebook is plugged in and charging but the battery is stuck at 86-87% and does not increasing beyond that percentage. At first I thought it was a battery problem and replaced with a new one about a Month ago. After replacing, the notebook charged to 100% in four days. and then it went back to the same problem. when I try to charge for more hours expecting that it will be full to 100%, the red battery indicator starts blinking. And when I switch it off and restart it again, it still keeps blinking until I remove the battery and re-insert it again. What would be the source problem or what is the problem and its solution?
